Destination - Escanaba

So I saw this movie with Troy and decided that it was so funny that I have to make a stop in Escanaba, MI to at least say that I have been there. I don't know why after having seen such a redneck yooper film that it would make the U.P. more near and dear to my heart but it has. I can hardly wait to get there. Time will tick by slowly until our adventure starts and then it will come and go so quickly that we will barely know what has happened before it has gone. It is like waiting on Christmas.
Escanaba will be fairly late in our journey. We will have many stops before that. Keep in touch for updates on our plans and then watch our journey as we travel through the states to the wonderful state of Michigan Again!

Getting Started!

Well the initial planning has begun! We have requested time off from work for a 16-day vacation and we are looking at maps. We are looking at July 28-August 12. Should be long enough to either feel like we moved there or get homesick one!
